Hampton Inn Greensboro-Airport

I stayed at this hotel with my family for a soccer event, and our experience was excellent. The staff at the front desk, breakfast area, and maintenance were all very helpful and friendly. They allowed us to check in early, which was a great convenience. Breakfast was always well organized and fully stocked. On our first night, the air conditioning wasn't working, but they promptly replaced it the next day, so we didn't have to move our belongings to another room. The hotel was very clean, and the location was convenient for our needs.

My friend and two our daughters stayed at this hotel 9/13/24 for the girls volleyball tournament. Easy access off the interstate. Guest Service associates were friendly and accommodating to our need to check in early. Rooms were clean! I met one member of housekeeping and she was pleasant. My bed was comfortable; perfect after a long day of travel and late night volleyball games. Breakfast was A M A Z I N G! Lots of healthy, delicious options. Self serve coffee was hot and tasted great! The employee setting out breakfast was also pleasant. I will be staying at this hotel again should the need arise and will let the rest of our volleyball team know about our 5 star experience for future volleyball tournaments.

Recently stayed here for three nights while visiting relatives. The room was well-decorated and very clean. The food at breakfast was hot and delicious. The front desk staff - especially Lex and Stephanie - were professional and always ready to answer questions or provide assistance as needed. Finally, the housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning the room and bathroom. I highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again when I return to Greensboro in the future.

This hotel has great service, clean, safe, neat, with front desk agents who showed professionalism and at all times ready to serve. Rooms cleanness top spot and room service excellent. I highly recommend, either just stop by or long stay.

This hotel has a great vibe, the staff that I met, Stephanie and Juan, are exceedingly personable, friendly and both of them went above and beyond to make our staying very welcoming! They were friends by the time we had to checkout. I highly recommend and will stay here again.

I stayed at this location for 4 months. These people are WONDERFUL! They went completely out of their way for me to ensure I was comfortable and had the breakfast food I like. And they are all so pleasant from the managers, to the front desk personnel, to the kitchen lady, the housekeepers, and maintenance director. I wish all locations were as fabulous as this one. (There are some really good ones out there!) If I could give more stars, I surely would! Staff, thank you for taking such good care of me, and I hope you enjoyed the goodies. God bless.

We love staying here. Everyone is so helpful and nice. Staff is wonderful, food service, front desk, housekeeping. I give it Ten stars. Will use again.

Average room, nice tub in the garden suite, great water pressure, friendly staff. The pool could use some updating it's very small for the amount guests this hotel services. We stayed mid-week and it was crowded. I LOVE the tea and coffee bar. One person working a very overcrowded breakfast. My husband was finished with his breakfast and I was still in line to make a waffle. It's certainly not the worst stay I've had but this is the 2nd ran by Hilton hotel that I've stayed at in the last few months that didn't have a bathroom exhaust fan. The TOLIET sits too low to the floor it's awful!!!!
